This Privacy Policy explains how Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Reno (“Lee & Associates Reno,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through leereno.com (the “Site”). Each Lee & Associates office is independently owned and operated. This policy covers only this Site; the Lee & Associates corporate website is covered by its own privacy policy.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you browse the Site, our servers and service providers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and operating system, device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use Jetpack Stats (provided by Automattic) to understand which pages are visited.

Information You Give Us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, and any other information you choose to include. If you call or email us, we receive the information you share.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as described here:

• To fulfill your request. If you ask for information, services or assistance, we may share your information with third parties we judge appropriate to fulfill it, such as Lee & Associates brokers in other offices. If you tell us you do not want your information shared, we will honor that request, although it may limit our ability to help.
• Service providers. Companies that host and operate the Site, deliver email, and provide analytics and performance tools, including our web host, Automattic/Jetpack, and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when fonts load).
• Legal and safety. If a communication relates to a law enforcement matter, or disclosure is required by law, we may share information with the appropriate authorities.

Cookies and Local Storage

The Site does not require cookies to work. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the Site remembers it; it is not sent to us. Analytics and other third-party services used on the Site may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Listing links open LoopNet, which is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and email in particular can be intercepted. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security, bank account or credit card numbers through our contact form or by email.

You may ask us to review, correct or delete personal information you have provided. Nevada residents may also direct us not to sell their covered information (we do not sell it).
